As Poland heads for the polls, Ukrainian refugees get a colder reception

Poland has been a close Ukraine ally, but its attitude has begun to change towards the war. And, in our Reporter’s Notebook, a Polish humanitarian worker in Ukraine takes a long journey home to vote.
