I'm with JVG - would love to see ACTUAL reconstruction successes (like the hospital 🤗) but mainly interested in people oriented ... on the other hand REALLY looking forward to some serious reconstruction WHEN the Russians leave/are ejected & peace reigns supreme 💪💙💛
